Neuwoehner High School held its Spring Character Captured Award ceremony, recognizing eight students who have embodied the five character words of the month: compassion, integrity, persistent, brave, and patience.

SSD is proud to announce that Superintendent Dr. Michael Maclin has been recognized by the MASA as the recipient of the 2025 Emerging Superintendent Award for the Greater St. Louis Area District.

SSD staff and North Tech students dove into the the icy waters of Creve Coeur Lake in Maryland Heights as participants in the 2025 Polar Plunge, an event that supports the Special Olympics of Missouri. Despite the chilly mist and drizzle, nothing could stop 389 brave plungers from making a splash!
